| You can use two ampersands ( && ) to show the correct character when creating a link and so on but the genomap title display is then incorrect.

I tried creating GenoMaps with one ampersand & and two ampersands && and I don't see the underlined character in the caption, dialog text, tooltip text, Table Layout and the generated HTML report. Can you tell me where the underline appears? A screenshot would be best.

ifreilly may mean the following:- Rename a GenoMap to have ampersand followed by space in its name. Right click on an individual in a different GenoMap and click the 'Move to GenoMap' option to create a (hyper)link. The resulting callout menu shows the renamed GenoMap with the '& ' (ampersand space) replaced by _ (underline). Not a huge problem, merely cosmetic
