| Downloaded genopro 2.0 beta. Nice program but very difficult to use without manual. How can I edit information already entered into fam. Tree. Does the 40.00 dollar price cover the manual. And the report generator seems to have married granma with one of her grandsons? I am a first time user and I really like the program but it's really difficult to fix something if you screw up. How do we edit anything? Mod Edit: Removed cap lock on every letters.

| As mentioned elsewhere in these forums the help file is being updated ready for the release of v2.0. In the meantime I suggest you first read through the topics in the 'Get Started With Your Genealogy Tree' menu item at the top of this page. Any item on your tree can be edited - highlight an object (individual or link) and it can be moved using the mouse, or deleted (press delete) - double click any item and the properties page will come up allowing you to enter and edit information. If you still have problems, you can return to the forum for further help. Screenshots are useful for specific problems.

With GenoPro, you can re-edit any information with a few mouse clicks. If an individual appears under the wrong family, just right-click on the individual and link it again to its correct parent family.

| Thanks for the help. This program is well worth the price for it's ease of use and powerful functions for critical and what seems like complex arrangements. The report generator adds another dimension that allows an accurate and quick glance at what you should or should not have done and displays the difference immediately after it's corrected. I'm new at this but I can tell this works for me. It took a few hours but now it's fun!!! THANKS! SHELLBACK SEMPER FI
