Every time I try to upload my tree to msnusers.com the file appears ok but the report generator stops in the same place (init. Template) and says msn has encountered a problem and must close. The subsequent blank screen is also frozen and has to be removed with control alt. Delete. I have tried to use your site to upload and despite requesting three different passwords I still receive the message that the password is incorrect. My copy of this program is paid in full. What could be wrong?????????

My user name is still "shellback" are the passwords case sensitive? I have tried everything with no luck. When I try to get a new user name and password from your sign in box for your online posting it says I will receive a new user name and password for the online service but it never appears in my e mail. Are the passwords for my account and the online posting the same?

Mod Edit: Removed cap lock on every letters.

1. Please, tURN oFF cAPS lOCK!

2. Contact genopro support by mail listing data you used during registration/payment of program.

3. Have you considered an option that the issues might be related to msn and not genopro?

4. Have you checked the firewall you are using... and its settings.

First try to publish to familytrees.genopro.com, if it's doesn't work, we will help you, if the problem is related to http://www.msnusers.com/ then I would suggest you contact them if they do support FTP upload.
