When I enter my site clicking on default.html, the left list "Name Index" shows the gender icons pink and blue (honour aux dames). That's fine but if you click on the second icon (the blue folder) and you "expand all" the Name index list shows black gender icons. Any particular reason?. Thanks.

I think the reason is purely historical. The collapsable tree index was developed before the revison of the icons in the rest of the report and has simply been overlooked. Thank you for pointing this out. I'll revise the tree index to use the new later colour matched icons.

Ron is right.  The first template of the report generator was based on GenoPro 1.x which was using black & white icons.
