John was married before (we guess early 1900's). He is listed as widower when he married Hannah Fields in 1914 Dresden, Camden, Kent Ontario Canada.

James (John’s twin we think although their birth years may not be accurate) married Rose Ellen Ellis in 1905 Dresden, Camden, Kent Ontario Canada.

John and James parents were John and Mary Ann (Parr) Calvert. They had two boys before John and James. Both John and wife Mary Ann died on York Ontario. Their two oldest boys made their way to Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Lots of family information on their descendants has been documented. Only John and James are missing.
