Assuming you are using GenoPro 2, have you tried opening the .xml file? This is a 'text' version which contains all of the information of the ssociated .gno. To open this, change the file type in the 'Open' menu

You have problems. Most people posting to this site are using the Beta version 2, which automatically creates the .gno file and also .xml. This is a new feature (amongst many others) in version 2.
If you do not have any back up versions or data saved in gedcom format then only Dan Morin can probably help as the .gno file is in a special format.

By the way, the link on your posting does not work

I tried to open your file Arbol.gno and got the message "Premature End of File".  It appear your file has been truncated.

I didn't upgrade my Genopro. That was my big mistake. Thank you very much for all.
