Hi Daniel,

as you suggested I'm now in the forum for bug reports and features requests.

We would really need a free-hand drawing tool in Genopro.

This is needed in psychiatric/family counselling genograms when we want to represent people living in the same household, or living in the same country. Of course we can do it with the polygon tool, but it really takes a huge time to shape it right

Would it be possible ?

I had this feature on my "todo" list since GenoPro 1.00. In fact, GenoPro 1.00 (released 25 Jun 1998) had the icon

included in its executable, and still today with the latest Beta.

I realize there is an urgent need to complete GenoPro 2.0, so I removed this icon from the executable. I will write the code of the free-hand drawing tool for GenoPro 3.0.

even if its not perfect ?

it's really really something we need, would it be imaginable to have it before 3.0 in a not too far future ?

It may be something you need, but I never even use polygons, I know they're there, but I just don't understand the point in having them. In my opinion, we don't need it until 3.0 or even later.

We will have Betas for version 3.0. People willing to try the Betas will benefit the new features as they come along. The Beta updates for GenoPro 3.0 will be much smoother than the current Beta updates.
