After generating a tree on the web, in the top right hand frame it states: 'If you are using Internet Explorer and have GenoPro installed on your computer, you may click on this link to view the genealogy tree within your browser.'

Well, I tried this and what happens is that I get a 'File Download' window asking me whether I want save or open a zip file. On finally opening this file in my browser I get a xml listing. Is this supposed to happen. I thought if you had all relevant programs installed, then on clicking this link will automatically display the tree.

Make sure you have the latest version of GenoPro. Since beta 19, GenoPro save in XML instead of the native format.

I think the problem is the server is not configured to send the proper MIME types for the .gno file.  We had to configure our own server to serve .gno documents.  See post Unable to view .gno file in browser for details.
