| Is the space for the tree limited? Can it be made unlimited, if it isn't?

This has been mentioned on the forum, which can be searched. The limits are down to Windows which with XP allows a very large display which you will find to exceed There is a limit on the number of GenoMaps - I think it is 1000 - again hard to fill

There is no limit, except the 1000 GenoMaps.

I asked exactly the same question when I first started having to use the slide at the bottom to get from one end of my tree to the other. I got the same answer, too...

If your tree is very large then it would probably be better split into several GenoMaps. If you have many GenoMaps then the scroll wheel is a handy way of moving along the list.
If you prefer to stick with very large trees (which lead to slower scrolling in the SVG display of the Report) then use of the Bookmarks will get you from one part of the tree to another specific location.
