| Hi, I need to use landscape printing for some genograms in my base, so i checked the proper field in page setup table and saved the file....but this property was not saved....all the genograms settings appears as portrait... Is this a bug? or I missed something? Thanks Carlos

| Hi ccampos, I haven't been unable to repeat this behaviour. The settings are saved each time I change them on my files, and printing happens in accordance with the setup. If you can repeat the circumstances by which the settings were not saved, let us know.

....all the genograms settings appears as portrait... Is this a bug? or I missed something? Are you using the latest version (2.0.0.3)? The print settings were changed several times during the last part of beta development.

| Yes, I am using version 2.0.0.3 The steps are: - In a genogram, select Page Setup.
- Select landscape to reduce the number of pages, then OK.
- Select File, Save.
- Close the file.
- Open the File.
- Select Page Setup: Landscape is not selected and the number of pages has changed....

I just repeated the steps and the landscape settings was saved. When I opened the file, the checkbox for landscape printing was checked.

| ccampos, Make another type of change change, and see if that too is being lost. It may be that you are saving to one file and loading another.

| I've made changes in print setup and in display dates. Both are saved properly but landscape do not. The only non standard configuration is the skin. I'm using the last version of the spanish skin available in the forum...but the problem is not related to the report generator. Carlos

| Hi Carlos I think we need to know if the same thing happens if you open a new file and attempt to save the changes. This is only happening to you, so it should not be a bug with Genopro, but something peculiar to your setup only. Perhaps also under the menu Help. Check for Genopro Update, just to be sure the file you are using is 2.0.0.3
