Today I purchased Genopro Gold and downloaded Version 1.91 successfully. I then downloaded the update, Version 2.0, but under the Help - About Genopro Gold dialogue box it states that the version is 1.91.  How do I get the update to install successfully?

If you have purchased GenoPro, go to http://www.genopro.com/InstallGenoPro.exe to download v.2

The link you are trying from within v.1 appears to give the update of that version. This is probably because v.2 is very different, although it does maintain the ability to access data from the v.1 and you can export data in v.1 format. However you are unlikely to want to do that. Just use your key to allow you to run v.2 - it will work for both versions.

Forget v.1 and go for v.2

What you can do is uninstall GenoPro Gold from the Control Panel.  Uninstalling GenoPro does not delete the family trees you created.

Then, download & install GenoPro 2007.  For step-by-step instructions, visit http://www.genopro.com/setup/
