| I have been having a problem with changing information. When I change a birthdate & save it, it is not there the next time I go back into the program - it reverts to the original information. Also, comments and pictures I have added and saved are disappearing - I can look at the information several times and then all of a sudden next time I open it, they are gone. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?? Thanks

You are welcome to send me a sample file with a step-by-step scenario and I will investigate what's going on.

I was able to add a picture and change the date of birth to the files you sent me. I sent you the modified .gno files as email attachments.

| I can add pictures and make changes too but the program doesn't save them. We have added pictures numerous times only to find them gone the next day. Same with comments. We have spent hours putting in comments only to find them gone the next time we open the file. We have even generated reports and printed them and the next day everything in the comment section was gone. Ted

Something else is overwriting the .gno files, perhaps a backup-restore system, or something like that.

How can I rectify this? Ted You first need to find out what is happening to your files. I suggest you save two copies of your .gno file - one to your usual place, and the other on removable storage (floppy disk, CD/RW, or USB memory stick). When you return to the files, compare the dates and times of the files, and if the one stored on your PC is substantially earlier than the one on the removable storage, then something on your PC is overwriting your .gno file, or preventing a new copy being saved.

I can also suggest you to use our free service of online backup.
