Generally, GenoPro is not very stable under wine. Here are few reports:

Can you tell me please which version of GenoPro you are using?  A bug was introduced in GenoPro a few months ago when pasting data.

Sorry, I should have reported that before. I am using v2.0.0.4. After updating to the newest version I will try to reproduce the bug.

GenoPro has little control on the Paste command - most of the processing is done inside the "text control" which is provided by the operating system.
