| My professor is having us use GenoPro for a project and she gave us the key today in class. I tried to install it, but it told me that the key provided expired 19 days ago. But I read on the site that the education ones don't expire? I'm confused. I sent an email to my prof to let her know about the problem, but I wanted to come here and ask about it, so I can pass word on to my classmates on Friday.

Okay, I did that and I got this message in my email (I removed all the personal stuff)
You are receiving this message because you requested a registration key to use GenoPro. Your registration key expired 19 days ago. The Referrer ID gives you an evaluation key for 180 days. An account has been created at MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "www.genopro.com" claiming to be http://support.genopro.com/ to allow you to submit your suggestions and ask questions about GenoPro.

I sent you an email with a new academic key. According to our database, the computer you are using requested an academic key about 7 months ago. This is why the server is sending you the old key.
