...Or can I only upload a report with the photos included in it? Some of my photos went, some did not. I'd like to simply upload the ones that I somehow missed.

Thanks,

Mark

If your tree is uploaded on Genopro server, use the ftpclient http://www.genopro.com/help/ftp-client/ to upload your missing picts.

Thanks. Got it.

But so far I haven't been able to get it to work. I found the Genopro Server Picture folder. But when I drag and drop pictures into the right file window, go back to the web, click Refresh, the new picture is not there. (?)

I see that you have uploaded a picture in your root directory.

Make sure you select on the left side the appropriate publication and folder.

Yes, thank you. But, not having done this before, I did put my photo file in the Root Folder, and Images, and also in Pictures . Because I could not see my uploaded picture on the web I just put the file in many different places. So, yes, my picture file IS in Picture folder.

I've also installed the needed .NET (MS) program. Perhaps I've done something wrong there? I'm going to check on that right now.

Thanks.

As it is only some of your pictures missing you might like to check the options chosen in 'report generator'.his could be caused by some picture options or the privacy filter.

Under Options I selected Resume Report. Under Privacy the only thing selected is Remove Stray Objects. Being that I have missing pix from several families, I'm not sure what to prevent.

The exceptions will be caused by an incorrect entry somewhere.  Make sure you have refreshed picture properties (under tools) and also see if there is any difference if you generate the report locally onto your local computer.
