| It's to be published in a family book, and there's only one page allotted. It's only 50 people (3 generations, lots of kids). I think it would fit if I could just get it to rotate, so that it would be horizontal on a landscape oriented page. Any help? Thanks!

Print setup (from the File Menu) allows you to specify Landscape printout. Page Setup allows you to specify the number of pages used and will generate a print preview area (blue on screen) Turn this off, if needed from the View menu.
After a printer preview you might want to tweak the arrangement of the genogram. You can also adda title using the Text box.
Finally you can export as a metafile to create a file version to incorporate into a publication, although you may need to use a graphics package to convert this as many programs do not recognise this format
