After generate a report to make HTM files and publish them on the Web, how can I add some people and pictures? It is necessary generate a new report and replace all the files on the Web or just add the new ones?

You need to regenerate the report to establish all of the links.
There is an Option tab box you could mark 'Resume Report' - to skip existing files in the destination folder without overwriting.
The Report written to GenoPro was designed to do this automatically and reduce time taken to send files to the GenoPro server; there were problems with this a couple of months ago
