| I store my .gno file on a networked hard disk and access it through a mapped drive on my local PC. Since moving to a PC running a local copy of Windows Vista, I have ben unable to save changes to the .gno file. On using "Save", "Save as" the original file name, or simply closing Genopro, I receive the following style of message: "Error renaming file 'W:/....../Smith.TemporaryBackup20080514.gno' to 'W:/....../Smith.gno' - This operation is supported only when you are connected to the server" The only way to save changes is to rename the file completely and then use Windows to revert it to the old name. This problem does not occur if I edit the file on a Windows XP machine. Any thoughts?

Probably not a GenoPro issue. Are you using Vista Offline files? There are reported problems using Vista with Linux/Samba based networked hard disks (or NAS devices). Here is one such report. Note most if not all the cheaper NAS devices are Linux based.
