I have bought a permanent key for gno, but now I cannot open my family tree.
On the display is a fail message:
"Unable to read from storage .....gno (name of file). The storage header is invalid.
Geno pro cannot continue because the data format is unknown."
Why???
Please help me.

Feel free to send your .gno file to us by email and I will see what I can do. If you are upgrading from an old beta to GenoPro 2007, you may have to use XML for the transition. I can do it for you.
