Some time ago I needed to restore my file from Genopro backup.

I assume it was at this time that a section of photos have different names and as such are no longer linked. On the English Narrative Report on Familtrees.Genopro they are correctly linked, however the Genopro file points to ...image (30a) .jpg which is not an actual photo name. It might be a reference used when a picture is 'picked' ??

Is there some way to download the pictures folder? I have tried FTP, but it just crashes.

Else, how do I relink these pics?

EDIT: This is a problem I have created myself. When I lost my hard drive, I restored my picture folder from an old backup. The missing pictures are from a set scanned after that backup. My question now is: How can I download the pictures stored at Familytrees.Genopro that are missing from my local drive?

Out FTP Client can exchange files with your account at http://familytrees.genopro.com.  If you have many pictures, just tell me the exact URL and I will compress all the pictures into one big .zip file you can download at your convenience.

Thank you, I can not say enough about the excellent service you provide.

Sorry I jumped to incorrect conclusions about the reason for the error, it was entirely my fault. I forgot that I had not restored my newly scanned photos.

The pictures are in a folder at http://familytrees.genopro.com/poolzone/history/pictures. They are approximately 150 pictures all that start with the word "image".

When I try to drag one from the FTP client to the desktop I get the following error. I have no cut and paste option when using FTP client.

I have updated the FTP Client to version 1.1.  This version allows you do download a file from your online publication to your local machine.  You can use drag/drop and copy/paste to transfer the files.

Let me know if that work for you poolzone.

I apologize.  The error was caused by an internal test code which I forgot to remove.  Just re-download the file.
