I seem to have found myself in the situation with two published reports, but I only want one.  Please can you delete the old one, as there seems to be no way for me to do it using the control pannel (only one shows up).

http://familytrees.genopro.com/SurreyJohn   (current tree)

http://familytrees.genopro.com/SurreyJohn/Mather/  (9 months out of date)

Thanks.

P.S. I have since uploaded a blank second tree, so at least there's no out of date details.

I can delete the report you wish.  Just tell me which folder and I will take care of the rest.

After I re-loaded the old tree as a placeholder with no family members, it has now appeared on the Control Panel, so now I am able to delete it.  Odd control panel behaviour - I definately only had the one tree listed first time I looked but now both are there.  Thanks, but leave it as it is for now.

On a slightly different note: Old pages are still appearing in a Google search (example link below) and the content still exists when clicking on the link.  I need to remove these spurious pages.  Is there a simple way to do this?
Otherwise, is there any way of deleting all the pages and completley reloading the web site, but withouit deleting the statistics?

If you delete the pages for me, then that would be good.  I will reload the content.

Thanks.

We have the FTP Client tool for that purpose. Feel free to download it at http://www.genopro.com/help/ftp-client/; it is only 104 KB and you can delete and/or add the files you wish.

Thanks.  This is just what I needed.  I can now delete one, some or all the files and then reload them.

It would be a really good idea to include this FTP tool as part of the program, making it available from the tools menu.

Once again, thanks for you help.  Its a shame big multinational companies are as efficient as you guys when it comes to IT support.

The tool should be integrated to GenoPro, he was wrote as a test for the server and release to public while GenoPro gets it.
