When GenoPro generates a report, it does include the .gno file with it. If the .gno file is not there, there is little nothing can do to convert HTML back to GenoPro. GenoPro can generate reports in many languages and it is impossible for GenoPro to extract the data from an HTML report in a meaningful way. You are welcome to try to write a tool to convert HTML to XML and feed that XML file to GenoPro. I personally think this is not possible.
