Like to comment on this topic as well, since at present the link function is not clear yet. The name is underligned whatever link is used. The link is only clear if you put you cursor on that person, however a person can have several links, a hyperlink, a website link or an e-mail link. How can I link to a person's webpage if he has also a hyperlink?
An underligned person makes sense if the name is written in english, but if you have japanese characters and in vertical alignment and each character underligned, it does not look good and is not easily visible. Japanese are usually putting a vertical line to the right of a name (or other object) to highlight the name.
Each link should have a different display line.

I thought about this a long time ago. One solution was to have a drop-down menu to display all hyperlinks when the user clicks on the hyperlink. When I am done with the File Attachments / External Documents, I will take a closer look at this issue. I have so many things to do that I have to set priorities.
