| I recently downloaded the beta 14 version of Genopro from this site. It said that it needed a 30-day free evaluation key or a golden key. I requested for a free "30-day" evaluatioon key, and used it to activate the program. 28 days were left before the free 30-day evaluation key will expire but the program said the key had already expired: just after 2 days? So I had to request another free 30-day evaluation key when I was in the middle of a project. I was disappointed and irritated by this (perhaps BUG?). I plan to purchase a golden key later; when a newer version of Genopro is available in the future; for I know that more improvements of the said program will come.

Dear Jim, According to the server database, you requested twice a free evaluation key for Beta14. The first time was on August 31st @ 3:23:23 PM and the second time was today, September 2nd @ 12:30:53 PM (in your local time). The second time you asked for a key, the server returned you the same registration key as the first time, thus you have 28 days left. Each Beta gives you the opportunity to get another 30-day evaluation key, and there will be several Beta updates in the future. For instance, Beta14b should be available next week, so you get another 30-day evaluation key for Beta14b. In fact, you should wait until the 30 days expire for Beta14, then ask for your Beta14b which will give you a run until November. There will be several more Betas available, and you can run on those evaluation keys until the final version 2.0.
