| Hello, I have a problem. I purchased the program and am trying to follow directions given with my registration key-code. None of the options are available to me from within Geno Pro or when I try loging in. How the heck do I access this or should I stop payment with my credit card immediately since this website may be a scam? How do I access the actual program?

| OK, This company must be a scam, especially since I haven't received any reply from your support. So I will put a stop payment on the transaction and have the credit card file a complaint and intiate an online fraud investigation.

| Support is not on-line 24 hours. Give them some time to respond. They always do!!!!! Can you describe a step-by-step what you are doing and what dosn't work, so I will try and help you?

| Step one: I purchased the 39.99 deal Step two: received confirmation with my new login, password, and key-code Step 3: on that confirmation, it said to copy and paste the key code into the Help>about GenoPro. I looked for that link on the website adn could not find it. If its on the program, then how do I actually access the program to enter my key-code where it says to do it? Step 4: I tried the 2nd option (from the Registration Dialogue box) and I couldn;t find that box either. What gives? WHere is the software? WHy is there not a download link or button to click on so that it loads on my screen or why is there not access through the website when I log in?

First you have to download the program from www.genopro.com and install it in your own computer. To download the program click on the "Get GenoPro" link at the start of the page. After installing, start the program and then select Help from the menu and then About GenoPro... My suggestion is to download the Beta version of GenoPro 2. It has a lot more abilities for the user. The key that you got will be valid for GenoPro 2 also and you can use it on the Beta version. (to download the beta version goto: www.genopro.com/beta). Goodluck...

| Can you tell us what is your current version of GenoPro ? I think that you have an old version that do not include this option.

So I will put a stop payment on the transaction and have the credit card file a complaint and intiate an online fraud investigation.Posting a question at 12:43 AM and conclude after 30 minutes the company is a scam clearly shows a lack of understanding of what support is about. Have you ever posted a message on Microsoft and expect a reply within 30 minutes, otherwise the company is a scam? Consider yourself lucky if you get a reply from Microsoft within a month. GenoPro has been around since 1998, and stealing from customers is the best way to destroy a reputation. If you search around on the web, you will find positive comments on other's website. By the way, GenoPro does not have a single chargeback for the past two years - something scammers cannot brag about. To Enter Your Registration Key-Code 1. Within GenoPro, locate the Help menu and click on the menu item About GenoPro. 
2. Enter your key-code within the About box.
