I was reading a book when I found a deed placed inside. How do I post this or get this deed to the correct family members. It dates back to 1871 and the family history is for Mahlon Marshall. Anyone have any information?

Mahlon was born on March 18th, 1828 in Irondale, Brush Creek Twp., Jefferson County, Ohio. Mahlon's father was James Lamborn Marshall and her mother was Mariah Maria Gillingham. Her paternalgrandparents were Moses maybe JR Marshall Sr and Lydia Lamborn; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Gillingham and Frances Fannie Milner. She had five brothers and two sisters,named Albert Gillingham, John G, Simon, Franklin, George L, ELEANOR (ELLEN) and Nancy. She was the fourth oldest of the eightchildren. She died at the age of 51 in 1879.Looking for a Joe Marshall who wrote and posted on this site. Thank you.
