If Male X marries Female Y and they have a child.  Then Female Y dies and Male X marries Female Z -- who is a full sibling sister of Female Y-- and X+Z have a child; are these children ONLY half-siblings or is there a term to define this >50% saturation of bloodline?

Terminology question:
If Male X marries Female Y and they have a child; Female Y dies and Male X marries Female Z who is Female Y's sister, and X+Z have a child, are these children ONLY "half-siblings" (half-brothers or half-sisters), or is there a term for this more-than-50% bloodline for the siblings?
