Shouln't there be a type of disease carried, and shouldn't there be a space for if you'r not a carrier or affected in any way?

Unspecified/Don't know leaves a person thinking, Is this person a carrier or affected?

This is a good point, but can it be solved by a reallocation of the descriptions?

If the first item becomes 'Not a Carrier', then the last can be used for 'Possibly Affected / Don't Know', or is this against convention accepted elsewhere?

Could we have a medical tab, wereto put blood type, hair color, eye color, and to have a place for allergies or past diseases the person had (Medical purpose), and then for that to appear in the report?

It's funny because I completed the Blood Type entry this morning.  As for a medical tab, we will need to review this.  We are considering having multiple tabs, one for general info, and another for diseases.  Because GenoPro 2.0 is very late, this feature will be added later.

Is this a genealogy program or a medical database? I never understood what relevance the emotional relationship section had to do with genealogy... a medical section seems to be more of the ridiculous. How many genealogy records older than 100 years have anything about disease propogation or blood type? None. I'd rather have the valuable programming time spent on real genealogy issues and program utility improvements. Just my two cents... Whistling Mark

Our aim is to provide a high-performance software based on the concept of the genogram, available to of all walks of life. It is our hope to provide users with a better understanding of society, of families, of relationships, and of genetic diseases. We believe in the importance of recording human activity in our generation for the benefit of the next, and of establishing a detailed record of each individual within humanity. And as long as families grow, we will grow with them.

Where do you find that box you show that has the black circle that says Carrier?

Open the individual properties display (Just press return after selecting the person) and then open the Display tab, The boxes are on the left under Gender Symbol
