Dear all,

I have just tried to print my genealogic tree from GenoPro (all names in Russian). No success - all Russian symbols were corrupted (like taken from some Arabic language). When I exported the tree to a metafile and tried to print - also no success (the thing was trying to convertthe picture for some reason). Please advise what I could do to print out the tree.

Thanks,

Yuri.

GenoPro 1.99 was designed for English language only..

However GenoPro 2.0 has built-in Unicode support.  Try GenoPro 2.0 Beta you will see that you can create nice report in Russian like this one!

Dear Jean-Claude,

Thanks for your help. Now I can really print out the tree. However, when I generate a report on my tree I cannot see many of the family members, who actually exist in the tree. Where have they all gone? Also, current version of system provides only "English Narrative Report" and I understood that the nice Russian report you mentioned in your answer was using "Russian Narrative Report". Where can I find this "Russian Narrative Report"? Please advice.

Thank you and best regards,

Yuri

Hi,

1. by default due to privacy settings living individuals are out of the report. Could you please check the privacy settings? (Generate report |privacy tab)
2. there is no built in Russian report. You need to make you own report or (easier ) you can use the referenced Russian report to contact to the author (and ask for that).

Thanks a lot - #1 works fine - now I can see all of the people in the report.
