I appear on this site as a number.   How can I edit my personal profile to add my name and other details?

It doesn't work.

Can you describe the procedure? I searched my new username to see if it is already taken - it is not.

I got message "user or e-adress already exist" something like that. Of course e-adress aleady exist, it is mine e-adress. Please help.

The username Sanja is already taken.  I changed your username from 444238 to SanjaV.  The username Sanja has an email @vip.hr.  If this email is yours, I can merge both accounts and you will be able to use Sanja as your username.

Exuse me, I have another question:

Does it mean that I can't use page http://familytrees.genopro.com/Sanja/ although it is free?

Technically yes.  GenoPro uses the username for storing the publications at http://familytrees.genopro.com/.  The user Sanja however is not a customer, never posted any posts on the forum and never published any report.  If you really wish to use this username, I can change it for you.  We like to keep usernames as chosen by our users, however we give priority to our paid customers.  If you have purchased GenoPro (as it is your case), then you have priority, and we will not change your username in the future.

I would really appretiate if you do so!

This is very kind of you. Thank you so much!

I am so satisfied with GenoPro, it is absolutly great product. It is so good, that I purchased it the very same day I downloaded the trial version. I couldn't resist it! It has all options I need, and on top of that: free web hosting! I have yet more to learn but it is very user-friendly. Simply amazing.

Thanks for the compliment.  I have changed your username to Sanja.  GenoPro also offers free backups, and it is easy.  With a few mouse clicks, you can do regular backups.  There is no limit on the size of the backup nor on the frequency of backups.  I always recommend doing backups because there are many things that can go bad on a computer, such as a virus corrupting the file system, a hardware failure (hard disk crash), and other disastrous events fire.
