If you want to access the Help files in the new version you have to be on-line.
Is this right??
If so, can u make the next version available with off-line help facility.

If you will open the Folder you installed GenoPro into, you will see that there is a "Help" folder which is currently empty. My guess is that the help files will come in the future...
