French translation: Narrative particularity for some places

To Dan:

I think you may have started the French translation and I would like to pinpoint this particularity for some places:

I have an Ind born in a town called "Les Lilas" (north east of Paris).

The narrative should say, e.g.: Damien est né aux Lilas.

and not: à Les Lilas nor: en Les Lilas.

Same for Le Mans: Damien est né au Mans

Think about it. Thank you.
