It would be useful to put a check into the program which alerts you when you put in a 'silly date' - eg 'date of birth 5th March 1805, Date of death 27th Jan 1742. Legacy, the other program I use, flags up major discrepancies like this & it is very helpful. It is surprisingly easy to mistype a century!!

We will have a Problem Spotter in the future to report those things.  In the meantime, you are welcome to use the Table Layout (Ctrl+T) to find those mistakes.  Just click on the column Age and GenoPro will sort by age.  Any negative age or age above 150 years is obviously a typo in either the date of birth or the date of death.
