I persuaded a colleague that she should use Genopro and she tells me she bought it round about the 3rd January. She was nervous about using her credit card but all seemed well. However she says she has not received a registration key. To further complicate things, she has been away for two weeks and returns home on 18th. Could you please send her key again. Her name is Margaret Breeze and her email address commences with barnbreeze.

Thank you for a great programme and hopefully your help in this matter.

According to our logs, your friend Margaret purchased GenoPro on December 29, however she made a typo entering her email address.  I have updated the database with the correct email and I triggered the server to re-send her purchase receipt.  Let me know if she does not receive her registration key.

Also, you are welcome to tell Margaret she can always visit http://www.genopro.com/login/ to request the server to re-send her registration key.
