I have published a genopro report in a password-controlled folder on my own website. I have not yet used the google maps function, but when the folder is opened this error message appears:

The Google maps API key used on this web site was registered for a different web site. You can generate a new key for this web site at http://www.google.com/apis/maps/

I have now generated this key, but need advice about where to paste it in the many files making up a genopro report.

You can set your API key in a GenoPro Document Custom Tag, GoogleMapsApiKey, before generating your report.

See the whole of this thread Google Maps API key Problem for details. Note that you do not need to create a Customized skin.

Note that you may be in violation of the Google Maps licence agreement if you place your files in a password protected area.

In enclose here five screen shots detailing the use of Ron's Custom Tags for overriding Configuration events in the Config file.  You may use as many or as few Tags as you require to change.

You appear to be using an out of date custom skin and you are attempting to display the report within another frame. There used to be a prooblem with displaying the report within another frameset or iframe but this was fixed at 2.0.0.3. Althought your report was generated with 2.0.0.3 you have not refreshed your custom skin with that from 2.0.0.3. For example the script.js file on your website is out of date. If you look at http://www.nlute.nl/reports/default.htm you will find a GoogleMap for each place is displayed. The home page 'all places' googlemap is not present because none of your places appear to have Latitude & Longitude coordinates set.

The Google Maps API key works on the Genopro hosting site only. You need to apply for a different one for your web service supplier. http://www.google.com/apis/maps/
