Many thanks for the reply - an impressive service. (This was my first message - I'm a new boy to Genopro.) I've just fixed the problem, as you suggested, by producing a dummy .gno file containing no information and then uploading it instead of what's there already. Maybe the old files are still on your site, but at least they're no longer visible.
It'll be great to have an FTP client available. Meanwhile is it possible to connect by FTP (e.g. using Putty) to your website? I tried and failed but maybe I was missing some trick.
You're right about the .gno files I claimed to have on our site - I forgot they'd been converted to HTML.

Richard, maybe you mix two things.
when you are generating a report to the GenoPro site the information is put there as web pages with the necessary additional things, like pictures for your individuals/families (if specified any in your gno), icons, style sheets, javascripts, vbscripts, genomaps (svg and svgz files), etc.
But: in addition to you can specify if you wish to publish the .gno, .ged and .xml themselves (see the Privacy tab on the Generate Report form).

I tried and failed but maybe I was missing some trick.The files stored at http://familytrees.genopro.com/ are not accessible via FTP. We designed our own protocol to upload/publish reports. I am using the name "FTP Client" so everyone knows, however I have to write the code to mimic FTP commands. Internally, GenoPro uses a database with external files to store your published report.
