| Dear all A lot of thanks for participation In home PC I have reinstaled ( without uninstall) GenoPro 2007(without result) May by need delete all my jureala from directory http://familytrees.genopro.com/Directory.aspx?sort=DateCreated and after thet generate new reprt, but I do not know this delete procedure. And this error appears on other PC in Sankt-Peterburg(the same can not open file familytree.zip(why zip ?) And why all rhite , if report to hard disk? Best regards Juri

Depending on your web browser configuration, the operating system (Windows) may open a .gno file as a .zip file. The truth is a .gno file is indeed a .zip file. If you rename .gno to .zip, you will be able to open it using an archiver such as WinRAR or WinZip.

| Hello I again on this problem I return from Israel and want present my site to my relatives, but in PC in Tel-Aviv again was this problem( do not view tree in GenoPro2007, but in beta version all right ALLO Who can help me PLEASE
