Under the Display option- how can I display birth/death dates, occupation, cause of death, etc. ALL at once? I am using this for a project for class and need all these details displayed on the genogram. thank you.

Currently you can't, the only way you could display custom information is by using custom tag.

You can create multiline Custom Tags that can be used as the display label by using my XML Editor for GenoPro. It can add date & place of birth/death and occupation as is and can be customised to add for example, cause of death, by modifying the Dictionary.xml file.
