The template phrase "PhGodparents" should allow for "alive" Godparents

At the moment the template phrase doesn't allow for "alive" godparents. "was" should be replaced by an argument in curly braces.

This will also entail the revamp of the Godparents input and prog routines.

But it seams I was misunderstood in my problem description...
