I observed the following:

1) on Paulette's Narrative, there's no mention of her half-bros and sis (Gaetan & Patricia Narrative pages do):

2) on Emily's Narrative, perhaps the enumeration of her siblings should be in a single phrase with commas:
She has an adopted bros..., a foster sis... and a half-sis...:

3) on Gaetan & Patricia's Narratives, the siblings shoud perhaps better be listed after the main Adoption & Fostering phrase. A space should be inserted after the place (oAdopt.Place):
