could I please view the family tree sent me by my friend Miles and called Trevanion Eveleigh, I think.  How do I access this please?

This should have been posted on the How to page
If you have been sent a Genopro file (extension .gno) then you can download the .exe file which will allow you to view the Data. go to
http://www.genopro.com/InstallGenoPro.exe

Note when you install this file you will be asked to register etc, but it is free to use as a viewer

All your files are stored at http://support.genopro.com/MyInbox/
