| I have uploaded several times a new version of my file to genoPro server, but I neither get mail announcement or find an updated file on my site. There are no problems with my mailserver since it works, I have also tried my other mail addresses. My last updated version is from March, and I can't recall chanches after that. I know we have updated my antivirus progrma but what else could be causing this problem?

You are right. We made an upgrade a few days ago to support new features and something is no longer working. We are investigating the problem...

| The problem is now fixed. I have to appologize because the bug was introduced 4 days ago, just before our long week-end (in Canada). This bug affected the "send file" module only. Internally, the server had an error, however was returning "success" to GenoPro. Sending a file should work now. If you have any problem or suggestion regarding our online services, free to write your comments.
