I recently deleted one of my trees on familytrees.genopro.comGoogle is still indexing many of the individual names, apparently because your site does not return 404 errors (but what do I know?). Some of my living relatives are complaining that they can still see dates of birth in the Google search results. This was my fault for not hiding these details when I uploaded the tree. I told them that next time Google crawled the site they would be removed, but perhaps I am mistaken. Please advise.

You must email Google and request your pages be removed from their search pages, this will get them deleted within a few days (my experience, they do not guarantee this time frame).

I have similar problem now: a relative request to be deleted from the tree. I removed the relative from te report, re-generated the report to my pages at Genopro server but because the old pages of the person (http://familytrees.genopro.com/imcon/Kirchnerova-Zuzana-ind00226.htm) are still presented on the server, they can be displayed. How to delete the pages from the web when I removed them from the report?
Thank you for your help.

One feature that I have noticed when you re-generate a report is that the old version is still in the cache of the PC. Have you cleared the cache? If not this means you still see the 'deleted' file but others will not.

Did you delete your publication using the control panel in this forum before re-publishing? If not this may explain why old files are still there. AFAIK if you just republish over the top then exisring files are not deleted but simply overwritten. Either delete and republish or use the GenoPto FTP Client utiility to remove individual files.
