I'm devastated - tell me this is not happening! I can't open my file any more... I should have use backup option as recomended but I wasn't aware of it... Please, please tell me that my file can be recovered!

I had 600+ people in that file... urgent help needed!

maybe it has something with pics I added, something happened to some of them, bottom part of pic is erased. is there any hope?

how incredible stupid of me not to keep backup copy.

I would already, but I don't know your e-adress, and via the PM I don't know how to add an attacment. pls can someone explain to me how to send attachment, I don't see icon for attach.

please please anyone:

1. how to add an attachment?! i simply don't see the icon! how? anyone?

2. i can't send any mail to support, with or without attachment. can you?

@support: please tell me if you can help me, i admit it was my fault not to keep backup copy, still i want to know if there's any hope or i can start manualy type data for my 600+ members again.

One thing that took me a long time to work out is that after you open the reply box, you have to scroll down the page to find the list of permitted attachments
