My
family tree
was created in
GenesReunited.co.uk
, then downloaded in
Gedcom format
, and finally entered into GenoPro. The original
tree
format does not allow for cousin
marriage
, so several
individuals
appeared twice, firstly as the child of a union, secondly as the spouse of another union.
I have managed to correct that in the case of one such marriage in GenoPro by deleting the
wife
's
second
record and
linking
her first record to her cousin as a
family
.
Unfortunately the deletion left the child of the original union without a mother. How do I move the child into the newly-created cousin-marriage without recreating the child's record from scratch?

Select the child and
place
him/her below the family line. Right click and from the menu choose 'Link as Child'. A link will appear which you can move to the horizontal line and fix by left click
