I am trying to do a genogram project for one of my college classes. My professor advised us to try the GenoPro 2007 Free Trial to get us started. I have downloaded the program but when I try to register, it comes up with this message:
"GenoPro is unable to send your registration key because of the following error:
Unable get HTTP response info (error 12019:0)"
I don't know what this means and I do not know how to fix it. Some advice would be greatly appreciated.
