The Auto Arrange really only works on straightforward displays and on more complicated families it is usual to make manual adjustments.
There are two individuals with 3 partners/wives. To make it easier to see what has happened, click on one of the horizontal lines to select it and then drag it down. Red boxes show where connections are needed, so extend the horizontal line to join to the husband's vertical

I've just tried geni.com, with the GEDCOM export from GenoPro, it gave out an easier-to-see result, otherwise, it doesn't support many feature like yours! so, it 'd be much better if you add more arrangement model, so we can choose between best-fit or best-appearance Anyway, thanks for the trial, i'll check back your software later!
