| I registered for GenoPro and updated the version I had to GenoPro 2007. Everytime I try to update or use the family wizard or other tools I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. It says that the application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. Please help!

Can you please give a bit more information about your system, such as your version of Windows and special software installed. Did you got any error while installing GenoPro?

| I have windows xp professional version 5.1, and I did not get an error message when I installed Genopro.

| I have the same message occasionaly, but by now I know that I am running too many programs at the same time and have to shut down some of them in order to bring back my memory level.

| This is rather strange; I use XP Professional too and never seen this error. The C++ Runtime Library error is from the file MSVCRT.DLL. Can you please tell me which version of MSVCRT.DLL. Feel free to try installing the file http://www.genopro.com/InstallMfcDLL.exe which contains the file MSVCRT.DLL and MFC42.DLL.
