Is it possible to correct this?

Hmmm, once upon a time the report did validate OK but looks like more than a few errors have crept in over time.
I will have to use the validator more often! Meanwhile I'll see what can be done to clear the errors. Update some improvement in version 2011.01.14

Frameborder and border attributes are not allowed in frame tag. It would by nice to include next option 'Not include invalid HTML attributes to the frame' to the configuration parameter FrameBorder and exclude there atrributes from output.
