I updated GenoPro to the latest version, 2.5.3.9. When following the instructions in the Help area to create a GenoMap, Nothing works as described.
I am told to right click on GenoMap Bar at the bottom of the screen, and select Insert GenoMap. When I do that, I get a new map, but nothing is in the map. If I right click in the default GenoMap1, My family tree is displayed. When I select just those family members that I wish to segregate from the main tree, and click Insert GenoMap. It brings ALL members, including the ones I selected.

Your guidance is appreciated.

To transfer people to the new GenoMap, select; right click to open menu; choose 'Move to GenoMap'. This takes the selection across and generates hyperlinks so you can hop from one to the other

Thanks for the prompt reply Appleshaw.

When I first tried to get it to work, i.e., when I right clicked on the selected parts, the context menu did not have "Move to GenoMap. I tried several times and finally, I noticed the cursor HAD to be on one of the selected handle blocks. Then it worked like a charm.

Thanks.
